motel, cabin rentals, a restaurant and
campsites.

Fishing Derby, Free Fishing Days, Leukemia
Cup,Blues It Up at Stockton Lake (Blues
Festival at Orleans Trail), Fireworks
Extravaganza, Stockton Yacht Club Races,
Annual Great American Raft Race, Chicken
Stampede, Governor's Cup Regatta, Annual
Black Walnut Festival, Bluegrass Festival &
Chili Cook-Off, Stockton Lake Association
Bass Tournament and others.
El Dorado Springs, Cedar County's largest
city, is best known for Spring Park, a
9-acre park given to the city when it was
founded in 1881.The central attraction is
the natural mineral spring where the Osage
Indians brought their sick to be healed, and
it still runs. The second feature is a
natural amphitheater around the bandstand.
This bandstand was erected in 1938, and is
the third bandstand to house the City
Municipal Band.
